Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and because of that we have selected the highest quality products that hope will exceed your expectations. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of the products that you receive, you can return or exchange them in accordance with the following conditions.
- In case of installment payment, To return products, customer must return all items in the order, cannot return by item.
- Return product undamaged, and within 14 days of receiving them.
- The following products cannot be returned or exchanged, Fruit & Vegetables, Meat & Seafood, Frozen Food, Pantry & Ingredients, Beverages, Dairy & Egg, Bread & Bakery, Ready Meal
- Free Gifts, premium gifts, discount coupons and all accessories which were received, need to be returned with the purchased product.
- In case a discount code or promotion was applied, and a partial return is made, the system will recalculate the discount/promotion applied and depending on the terms & conditions of the original purchase, you may no longer be eligible for that discount code or promotion and you may even have to pay an additional charge.
- Discount codes cannot be refunded for reuse or exchanged for any cash value.
- M Points accumulated from purchases will be deducted for returned items.
Product Warranty
- Some products are guaranteed by the manufacturer and distributor under the terms and conditions prescribed by the manufacturer/distributor.
- All products are insured for damages from transportation, subjected to the terms and conditions of each logistic company.
Refund
- In the case that you pay through bank credit card, the credit will be returned to the customer's bank card within 2 billing cycles of each bank after the company has examined and confirmed the return of the product.
- In the case that the you pay through bank account transfer; the company will transfer money to the customer's account (The refund account name must match the name of the one who orders) within 14 days after the company has examined and confirmed the return of the product.
- The company reserves the right to refund in cash.
- In case we do not approve the exchange/return, we will contact you back to send the product back to you. You will be responsible for these costs.
