Return and Exchange Policy
For your utmost satisfaction, we carefully select the best products for you. If you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange or return according to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition, along with the original receipt or tax invoice.
- Products that cannot be exchanged or returned include clearance items, gifts, etc.
- In case you used a discount code and wish to return some items from that order, the system will recalculate the discount. You may no longer receive the discount or may incur additional charges depending on the terms and conditions of the discount code.
- Discount codes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash in any case.
- The company will deduct M Card points from the purchase of those items.
Product Warranty
- Some products are guaranteed by the manufacturer and distributor under the terms and conditions prescribed by the manufacturer/distributor.
- All products are insured for damages from transportation, subjected to the terms and conditions of each logistic company.
Refunds
- For payments made by card, the company will credit the amount back to the card used for payment within 2 billing cycles after the company has inspected and approved the return.
- For payments made via bank transfer, the company will transfer the refund to your account (the account name must match the name of the person who made the purchase) within 15 days after the company has inspected and approved the return.
- The company reserves the right not to refund in cash in any case.
- In the event we do not approve the exchange or return of a product, the company will contact you to arrange the return of the product, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
