Anchor Whipping Cream UHT is made from quality milk from New Zealand where our grass-fed cows roam freely. Our cream has 36% fat content and gives rich and creamy flavor, with more than two times the fluffiness. Anchor Whipping Cream is versatile for both savour and sweet dishes. It can be used to decorate desserts or cake or used for both hot and cold dishes. Recommend to store in a normal refrigerator (4-6 degrees Celsius), do not freeze.
