Fuji is the first company in Japan to produce and distribute mineral water domestically since 1929. Fuji Mineral Water is not only suitable for drinking but can also be used in cooking. In our production process, we use natural water sourced from around 1,000 meters above sea level at the foothills of Mount Fuji. This pristine groundwater, filtered through basalt rock layers, gives our mineral water a mildly alkaline quality with an excellent balance of minerals that benefit the body.
