Feta is prepared in the traditional Greek style. First, the milk is pasteurized at 75°C and chilled to 35°C. Rennet is added. After that, the cheese is placed in the moulds. It stays in the aged chamber for 45 days, after which it is cured in brine and now the cheese of the highest quality and delicious taste, along with its health and nutritional benefits, is ready for consumption.
